The Division of Neurobiology of the Department of Neurology and Neuroscience, Weill Cornell Medical College, offers a rich multidisciplinary environment with over 40 members, including investigators, core technicians, and other support staff, working in the fields of cerebrovascular physiology, cerebral ischemia, cellular and system neurophysiology, cellular and molecular neurobiology, neuroimmunology, neuroanatomy at the light and ultrastructural level, and imaging. This unique environment provides the opportunity for close interactions among its members, fosters the sharing of information and technology, and provides a superb training environment for students and post-doctoral fellows. As of February 2, 2009, the Division relocated into expanded and upgraded facilities in a brand new building on 61st street. The Division occupies the third and fourth floor of the building, which includes administrative and faculty offices, wet and dry lab space, and animal facilities.
